On October 23, 2024, CR Beverage (02460.HK) officially listed on the Main Board of HKEX.
Became the title sponsor of the Chinese Football Association Super League.
2023
Continued to expand our product portfolio, and launched new products such as Orange Holiday, Zhi Ben Qing Run lemon tea, Bonjour Forêt bottled natural mineral water and 520ml C'estbon natural drinking water.
Self-owned factories, including Yixing Factory, Heyuan Factory and Nanning Factory (Phase II), etc., were put into operation, and our production capacities continued to enhance steadily.
2022
Optimized product portfolio and launched new products such as high-end natural mineral water brand L’eau, sparkling water brand FEEL, and juice beverage brand.
Continued to optimize layout of our production capacities and prepare the construction of the production bases of our self-owned factories in Yixing, Wanlv Lake, Wuyi Mountain, etc.
2021
Launched Chinese herbal beverage brand "Zhi Ben Qing Run".
Supported daily consumption of drinking water for over 70 natkonal teams and provided product safety guarantees for the support camp and training campof TEAM CHINA at the Tokyo Olympics, and  became the offcial designated drinking water for the 14th National Games.
2019
Cooperated with the 7th Military World Games and became the first partner of the Chinese National Team/TEAM CHINA in the same year, reinforcing the brand image of "healthy, safe and professional"; launched juice beverage brand "Holiday  Series".
2018
Launched fruit beverage brand “Mi Shui Series”.
2014
In line with the strategic development, the company was officially renamed as "China Resources  C′estbon  Beverage  (China) Co., Ltd."
2011
Launched beverage products including milk tea, coffee and sports drinks.
2009
Strategically launched the 4.5L packaged drinking water.
2008
Listed as a tier-1 profit center under China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and renamed "China Resources C′estbon Food and Beverage (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd."; established a "Disaster Relief Rapid Response Mechanism."
2007
Adopted our comprehensive national expansion strategy “westward expansion, eastward extension, northern conquest” to establish a deeply penetrating sales and distribution network which spans the entire country; Initiated the “C'estbon Hundred Libraries Plan”, a long-term, sustainable rural revitalization type of voluntary service project which involves donating libraries to primary and secondary schools in regions lacking educational resources.

Upgraded our packaging for C’estbon (怡寶) brand purified water products.
2000
The headquarters has been relocated to Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park (North District), 22 Langshan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province
1998
Invited as one of the principal initiators and drafters of the national standard for “bottled purified drinking water”.

Acquired by CRE Limited, the company joined the China Resources Group and was renamed "C'estbon Food and Beverage (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd."
1992
The trademark "怡寶" (C′estbon) was assigned by China Merchants Development Company Limited to China Longhuan Co., Ltd.
1990
The trademark "怡寶” (C'estbon) was licensed by China Merchants Development Company Limited to China Longhuan Co., Ltd. for use. The company introduced the “C'estbon" brand disilled water in a 600ml ×15 package format, becoming one of China's earliest enterprises to produce and sell packaged drinking water
1980s
Our predecessor Shekou Longhuan was established.
