China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited ("CR Beverage" or the "Company") is fully aware that wastewater management is a crucial manifestation of corporate social responsibility. The Company is committed to an all-round and multi- level wastewater management from source control, process supervision to end treatment, and contributes to the green transformation of the industry.

1 Purpose

This Policy aims to establish a scientific, efficient and eco-friendly wastewater management system, and outlines management processes for each stage to prevent water pollution, ensure effective utilization of water resources and achieve compliant wastewater discharge.

2 Scope of Application

This Policy applies to CR Beverage and its subordinate entities at all levels. All business partners, including cooperative partners, contractors and suppliers, are encouraged to comply with this Policy.

3 Laws, Regulations and Internal Systems

CR Beverage complies with laws, regulations and industry standards related to wastewater discharge in the regions where it operates, including but not limited to the Environmental Protection Law of the PRC, the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the PRC, the Water Law of the PRC, the Regulations on the Administration of Pollution Discharge Permits and the Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits. In the meantime, the Company has formulated a number of internal policies, such as the Wastewater Discharge Management Regulations, to ensure that the environmental impact potentially caused by our business operations meets legal and regulatory requirements.

4 Policy Content

4.1 Management Organization

The QEHS department at our headquarters is responsible for formulating, updating and approving wastewater discharge management documents of the Company, and providing professional support for the implementation of wastewater management at all grassroots units of CR Beverage. Each grassroots unit appoints dedicated personnel responsible for the ordinary operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment, and regular internal testing of wastewater discharge should be conducted by designated personnel of sewage treatment plant.

4.2 Management Actions on Wastewater Discharge

·  Wastewater Pollution Sources Management Plan: The Company formulates control measures for wastewater pollution sources to ensure that all wastewater is effectively treated and meets national and regional environmental standards;

·  Production Wastewater Discharge Management: The Company encourages and promotes clean production, and actively controls and reduces the total volume of wastewater discharged;

·  Separation of Polluted and Unpolluted Water: The Company establishes operating standards for wastewater treatment facilities and encourages each unit to improve polluted and unpolluted water separation facilities to enhance separation efficiency.

4.3 Emergency Response Plan for Wastewater Treatment

The Company formulates emergency response plans for wastewater treatment, conducts timely drills and gathers experience to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of such emergency response plan.

5 Revision and Review

The Company will regularly review this Policy and make appropriate revisions when necessary.
