China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited ("CR Beverage" or the "Company") attaches great importance to responsible marketing and is committed to conducting legal, authentic and trustworthy marketing activities. The Company actively performs its social responsibility and promotes fair trade to establish a positive corporate image.
1 Purpose
This Policy aims to ensure that the Company's marketing methods and content comply with relevant national laws, regulations and business ethics and to carry out sales and marketing practices that are in compliance with laws, regulations, social norms and ethical standards, thereby assisting consumers in making reasonable and rational consumption decisions.

CR Beverage complies with laws, regulations and industry standards relating to marketing practices in the regions where it operates, including but not limited to the Advertising Law of the PRC, the Trademark Law of the PRC, the Law of the PRC on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC.
4 Policy Content
4.1 Commitment to Responsible Marketing
· The Company must not misrepresent its products, services and prices in marketing activities;
· The Company conducts lawful, honest, accurate and scientifically factual communications, avoid any false or misleading promotions, and make no false or misleading statements about its products, services and performance records, or products and services of competitors;
· The Company establishes a mechanism for reviewing and supervising marketing materials. All marketing materials, including product labels and packaging, be reviewed by authorized managers of the Company to ensure accuracy and compliance;
· The Company provides customers with products and services beneficial to the society and the environment, and regularly popularize eco-friendly products and knowledge among consumers, to ensure the positive impact of its services on the society and the environment, as well as guide consumers to purchase eco-friendly products;
· The Company conducts marketing activities targeting teenagers, children and vulnerable groups in a safe, positive and healthy manner, and present a positive and healthy brand image;
· The Company encourages consumer education activities to enhance their ability to evaluate and compare products and services, and guide consumers to make rational purchasing decisions and responsible consumption;
· The Company strictly protects the privacy security of its customers and consumers, provide reasonable explanations and protection for the use of personal information according to legal requirements, and strictly limit its acquisition, transmission, use and storage of personal information of its customers and consumers;
· The Company establishes a review and control process for responsible marketing material. All advertisements and marketing activities shall be subject to internal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Company regularly conduct s special audits on responsible marketing, promptly address issues identified during audits to ensure legal and compliant sales and marketing practices for its products and services, and also disclose the results of responsible marketing audits.
4.2 Responsible Marketing Training
The Company regularly conducts trainings on responsible marketing and on this Policy for all employees, and organize business-related responsible marketing training for marketing personnel, so as to regulate sales behaviors of the employees to ensure the legality and compliance of its marketing activities.
4.3 Channels for Reporting Violations
Any employees, customers, suppliers or other third-parties may report possible violations of marketing laws, regulations, industry standards or policies of the Company. All reports of misconduct will be handled and investigated with due caution according to the CR Beverage Code of Business Ethics and corrective measures will be carried out when necessary.

The Company will regularly review this Policy and make appropriate revisions when necessary.
