China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited ("CR Beverage" or the "Company") always regards ecological environment protection as its own responsibility, and places great emphasis on ecological conservation and governance. In the course of its ordinary production and operations, the Company earnestly fulfills its environmental management responsibilities, and endeavors to minimize the impact of its production and operations on biodiversity.

1 Purpose

In response to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the 2050 Vision for "Living in Harmony with Nature" and adhering to the concept of harmonious coexistence between human and nature, the Company has formulated and implemented a comprehensive biodiversity protection policy. This Policy aims to protect and promote the sustainable development of ecosystems in the course of our business operations, preserve the diversity and stability of natural resources, and reduce the adverse impact of our business operations on biodiversity and ecosystems.

2 Scope of Application

This Policy applies to CR Beverage and its subordinate entities at all levels. All business partners, including cooperative partners, contractors and suppliers, are encouraged to comply with this Policy.

3 Laws, Regulations and Internal Systems

CR Beverage complies with laws, regulations and industry standards relating to biodiversity protection in the regions where it operates, including but not limited to the Environmental Protection Law of the PRC, the Forest Law of the PRC and the Outline of Nature Conservation of the PRC. Meantime, the Company has formulated a number of internal policies, such as the CR C'estbon Ecological Protection Guidelines, to ensure that the impact on biodiversity potentially caused by our business operations meets legal and regulatory requirements.

4 Policy Content

4.1 Biodiversity Actions

·  The Company conducts biodiversity surveys and assessments before the implementation of project to identify biodiversity-sensitive areas, and formulate "avoidance, mitigation, compensation and protection" measures based on assessment results, thus minimizing its impact on surrounding biodiversity and regional ecosystems;

·  In the course of business operations, the Company fully considers the impact on the surrounding ecological environment and avoid damages to biodiversity;

·  The Company carries out tree planting and other activities at appropriate times to increase green areas for each project and promote vegetation recovery on bare land, and adopt effective measures to protect and promote vegetation growth, so as to minimize the impact of new and construction projects on the surrounding ecological environment.

4.2 Biodiversity Protection Training and Promotion

·  The Company strengthens internal training to enhance employees' awareness and actions on biodiversity protection, and carries out external publicity, education and popular science activities to raise public awareness of biodiversity protection;

·  The Company engages in extensive cooperation with universities, research institutions and other external third parties on biodiversity to foster social participation in biodiversity protection;

·  The Company actively enhances the biodiversity protection awareness of its customers, suppliers, distributors and other stakeholders, and encourages their participation or support for appropriate biodiversity protection programs.

The Company will regularly review this Policy and make appropriate revisions when necessary.
