On January 31, a team led by Group Deputy General Manager Lan Yi headed for CR C'estbon Xinjin Factory in Chengdu for field inspection, they greeted the front-line staff and extended early New Year greetings to the employees on behalf of the Group. 

Mr. Lan and his team visited the first phase of the Xinjin factory, production workshops, storage warehouses and other areas to learn more about the production process, production capacity, supply and stocking, and safety production during the Spring Festival. President Lan pointed out that C'estbon employees must stick to the original intention of the brand, abide by the bottom line of safety, and polish C'estbon quality "Golden Signboard". Recently, fire accidents have occurred frequently in various places. The factory should focus on the key safety risks at the end of this year and the beginning of the next year, carry out in-depth investigation and rectification of safety hazards, adhere to "Full Coverage, Zero Tolerance, No Omissions", and ensure that the safety production situation during the "Spring Festival" remains stable.

Mr. Lan also visited the ongoing construction of the Phase II project of the Xinjin Factory, and investigated the progress of the project construction and the operation and management after completion. President Lan said: "The factory is the lifeline for improving quality and efficiency, and is an important engine for promoting the high-quality development of the group. The factory must strengthen responsibility, strengthen coordination, and keep the bottom line of safe production to ensure the quality and progress of the project; it must improve the management level of the factory area, and drive the upgrading of the surrounding industrial chain with high-quality and sustainable development. At the same time, he hopes that everyone will work together to continue to maintain a good development momentum, make further progress, and contribute to a new level in the new year."

After the visit, Mr. Lan also had a cordial discussion and exchange with representatives of front-line employees. At the symposium, Mr. Lan conveyed Chairman Wang Xiangming's New Year's greetings to all employees of C'estbon, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to everyone for their hard work over the past year. Mr. Lan fully affirmed C'estbon's achievements in 2023 and its business plan for 2024, encouraged employees to further strengthen their confidence in development, and urged everyone to firmly establish safety awareness, grasp safety production work in a solid, detailed and good manner, and ensure that everyone has a safe and peaceful Spring Festival.
